Brookley Wofford-Topel is a Starkville, Mississippi, native who adores her hometown and is excited to be part of its continued growth! Providing tenants with a beautiful, well-maintained place they are proud to call ‘home,’ is what Brookley enjoys most about owning Delta South Townhomes. She is passionate about connecting with tenants and extending the same hospitality and care to them she would her own family!

Brookley graduated from the University of Mississippi where she was a Phi Mu. For over a decade she enjoyed a successful career as a Director of Marketing, Communications and Public Relations for national construction company which she helped exceed $300M in revenue. Brookley’s top focus now is having the honor of being called ‘Mom’ by a beautiful, joyful toddler! She is also the co-owner of Triple Crown Exteriors with her husband alongside owning and managing Delta South Townhomes. Brookley has acquired other notable titles during her time in pageantry and has been recognized as an advocate for the arts, women with ADHD and those navigating childhood grief. However, nothing will surpass her title of ‘Mother to LibbyKay Grace!’ In her free time she enjoys having fun with her daughter, competing in Western Dressage with her horse Lone Star Sparkle, snowmobiling and boating with her husband, traveling, spending time with her cat Griffin and giving back to her community through mentorship programs like Art Buddies.
