Each potential tenant and pet must fill out an application and submit a $25 processing fee (the last page contains instructions on submitting payment). Applications cover full background check including criminal as well as rental history and credit check.

CO-SIGNER APPLICATION

All tenants under the age of 21 or those not exceeding the requirements for renting (i.e., incoming lower than 3x rental installments or lower credit score) and others as deemed by Owners will require a co-signer. Co-signers must complete an application and submit a $25 processing fee (last page contains instructions on submitting payment).
